- Tell us where it’s going. Include your destination city and ZIP code, any requested completion date, and whether you need a shipping estimate.
- Review the estimate. We check whether the item and materials are compatible with our equipment, discuss design or proof requirements, and confirm production pricing, eligible shipping options, and timing before payment.
- Confirm your project. Production begins after the details and any applicable design proof have been approved. Delivery arrangements depend on the particular finished product and destination.

No. Shipping availability depends on product size, weight, material, packaging requirements, destination, and other project details. We confirm whether your finished project is eligible before accepting an order.
Can I request a shipping cost before paying?
Yes. Please provide your destination ZIP code and project details. We review applicable delivery options and include shipping in your individual estimate when the product qualifies. We do not use a mandatory online checkout for custom projects.
Can I mail you my own item to engrave?
If you have a customer-supplied item, contact us first with photographs, material details, and dimensions. We will review compatibility and whether the item can be accepted for a specific project. Please do not mail items without prior approval and shipping instructions.
Can customers in Monterey Bay pick up orders?
Local pickup arrangements are available by appointment in the Monterey Bay area. Quantum Laser Engraving is not a walk-in retail storefront. Contact us before making plans to collect or deliver an item.
Do you offer instant prices or guaranteed delivery dates?
Each design, material, quantity, and shipping destination can be different. We provide project-specific pricing and discuss lead time before payment rather than promising the same price or delivery date for every order.
