The actual finish, coating, thickness, surface condition and item shape determine whether we can achieve a useful result. A polished brass plate, coated aluminum label and stainless steel part may require different preparation and engraving methods. Please send a clear photo of the item before shipping or delivering a customer-supplied piece.

How to get an accurate business engraving quote

1. Tell us the quantity. Is this one engraved plate, a small set, or a repeat batch?
2. Share dimensions and material. Provide the engraving area’s size, the overall part dimensions, the metal type and any known coating.
3. Send the exact artwork or wording. Attach a logo, text, serial-number format or a photo of the desired layout. If each item is different, include the list of variations.
4. Explain the use and deadline. Let us know where the item will be used, whether it must fit a particular surface, and when you hope to receive it.

Do you accept customer-supplied metal plates?
